PROGRAMMING TESTING & COMMISSIONING

The acceptance testing and commissioning of electric systems is essential to the start up of any system for the first time, regardless of its size, type or industry. The importance of planning and preparation for the project, from engineering to commissioning and start up, will be emphasized. This course deals with safety considerations and testing and start-up procedures for all the components of any electrical system.

AFTER SALES SERVICES

We consider after-sales service is almost as important as the initial purchase. We determines what is included in any warranty (or guarantee) package. This will include the duration of the warranty traditionally one year from the date of purchase, but increasingly two or more years maintenance and/or replacement policy, items included/excluded, labor costs, and speed of response. as a service provider, after-sales service includes additional training or helpdesk availability. Of equal importance is the customer's perception of the degree of willingness with which elcon deals with a question or complaint, speed of response, and action taken.

 

When difficulties arise, our service engineers reach the site of the problem quickly to repair the system rapidly, accurately diagnose abnormalities, and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Our service engineers also discuss the problem with customers fully and clearly, from the customer's point of view.
